I called Metropolitan High Performance Windows trying to get my elderly mom’s windows fixed that were 20 years old and would not close all of the way.  Cathi Johnson was amazing!  She was very helpful and understanding throughout the entire process.  She texted me or called me to keep me updated on trying to find the parts needed.  Perry was such a gentleman with my mom.  He came out and cleaned/repaired not only the damaged window but also her bathroom window.  He also showed me how to clean the tracks and what to use to keep them sliding easy for her.  The repair was all handled under the warranty and didn’t cost a dime.  This is a top notch company!!!  5 stars in my book!!!
